01.About

My career started in 2006 as a high school IT apprentice — selected for Pennsylvania's first registered IT Apprenticeship Program at Lockheed Martin. Twenty years later I'm still there, having worked the full arc: cloud engineering, cybersecurity, full-stack team leadership, and now AI product management, where I own an enterprise AI chat assistant and AI contact center end-to-end.

The through-line is measured impact. I don't ship AI demos; I ship products whose savings can be audited — lower cost-per-contact, cloud spend cut across 1,900+ accounts, deployment cycles compressed from months to hours. Where correctness matters, my rule is simple: deterministic systems compute, AI explains.

Outside work I run the same playbook on my own products — a pickleball analytics service, a tax-planning app, a church CMS — each designed, built, tested, and deployed on a serverless stack. That portfolio is the fastest way to see how I think.

A fully automated pipeline runs it: storefront, intake, resumable R2 video uploads, a watchdog-supervised job queue, and a report engine whose printed numbers always match its analysis.

Tax & wealth planning app

A full financial-planning product: retirement strategy, Roth conversions, HSA and charitable planning. A deterministic rules engine computes every number from current-year IRS figures; the AI only writes the narrative — grounded in engine output, never allowed to invent a figure.
